A Poughkeepsie man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges related to an officer-involved shooting in December 2024. 43-year-old Kevin Fitzpatrick is accused of pointing a realistic-looking firearm at responding police officers after knowingly reporting a false emergency, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office.
